Hello Everyone!

This is my very first blog post on my photography page - Bobbie Thiemann Photography.

I am new to Zenfolio but have been taking pictures for a couple of years now. I am a hobbyist merging into more of the full time photographer area. I have always enjoyed not only taking photographs but looking at them, saving them and decorating with them. I love the fact that photography captures a moment in time that we may forget about or that we've missed or it provides an insight into someone else's story and background. I love nostalgia and I love that looking at one photo can transport you back into a time long past!

A little bit about me - I am a mother to two children {Brynn and Merrick} + one baby {Name in process} currently still cozy in the womb, I am a wife to my husband Joe, going on 8 years now, and we have two fur-children - a 2 1/2 year old Great Dane named Otis and a 9 year old Schnoodle named Oliver. We live in the heart of America ~ Nebraska and we love every minute pf it. My family is die hard Nebraska Cornhusker fans and love to cheer on all Husker teams.

We currently reside in the city of Omaha but our dream is to someday {soon} be able to live on an acreage and raise our kids in the country. We love animals and being outside and the slow paced life that country life offers. 

I currently work in the Medical/Pharmaceutical device area supporting documentation processes, audit processes, FDA and ISO regulations and am ALMOST, so close I can taste it, light at the end of the tunnel...complete with my Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies. My husband is a welder and does odd and end side jobs like tree maintenance. 

I love reading, spending time with my large family, decorating, redoing furniture, and of course...photography! I have not found my niche in photography yet but I love photographing anything really. Portraits, animals, landscapes...I've done a couple of small weddings, several family portraits, events like Go Red For Women's Health and Kiwanis Community Events. I enjoy documenting our lives as a family.
